Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a beer every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on drinks, tipping and few dollars you expect to lose and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not at all. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a boozy night out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps table. Don’t forget that account considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and bet. These activities simply do not go well together.
Keeping your money back at the hotel is a little bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic actions is compulsory. If you gamble to win, then do not consume alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to toss aside your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and cheques to toss into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk head loses everything!
Allow me to carry this a single step further. do not drink and then jump online to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my condo, but because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit near by, I can not drink and gamble.
What’s the reason? Although I don’t drink to excess, once I consume alcohol, it’s certainly sufficient to blur my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. The two mix up for a ferocious, and costly, drink.
